- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain strong product knowledge, store presentation, and stock replenishment.
- Handle customer service issues, returns, and exchanges according to company policy.
Ecommerce Assistant
Position Type: Full Time
Preferred Experience: 1 year
Location: Singapore
- Create and update product listings across ecommerce platforms and marketplaces.
- Monitor pricing, product details, images, and stock availability.
- Support online order processing, fulfilment coordination, and customer enquiries.
- Assist with product content, campaign assets, and digital merchandising updates.
- Work with tools such as Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Canva, Mailchimp, and platform back offices.
